You come home late and try to prepare a healthy delicious meal that’s quick and easy. Grab a box of fiber and protein enriched pasta in red lentil, chickpea, yellow lentil, or black bean flavors. It’s totally gluten-free, Non-GMO, and vegan friendly. And better yet Pasta Lensi is made in Italy. Manja, Manja!

First, boil a pot of water and add salt. Once the water is boiled, add your box of pasta and cook until “al dente” or just right. (Directions included on the box)

Next, heat extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add diced garlic to the dish. Sautee until garlic is slightly brown. Dice tomatoes into small pieces and add them in. Mix together, add oregano, italian seasoning, salt, and pepper for extra flavor.

Add whichever toppings you prefer. Enjoy!

I love my pasta and pasta with a lot of flavor and veggies. Personally, I love whole wheat pasta in any form spaghetti, penne, linguine, etc and it’s healthier for you in case you forgot. I made whole wheat pasta with sauteed spinach and tomatoes. Nomz!

All you need is a 1lb bag of whole wheat penne.

Let it boil until it’s al dente (just right, not too hard, not too soft) You can do a taste test after about 8 minutes.

Chop up tomatoes into smaller pieces and set aside.

Add olive oil to a pan and chopped up garlic cloves on medium heat. Add the spinach and shut the lid. You will notice that the spinach will begin to shrink. Keep mixing it together. Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and any other spices you prefer. Then, you can add the tomatoes.

Once the tomatoes get softer, you can shut it off. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix thoroughly. (You can also add sauce if you’d like) Serve warm!

Looking for an easy quick meal, try slicing tomatoes into cubes and sauteing it in olive oil and garlic. Mix it up until the tomatoes get soft. Add basil, oregano, and sea salt for a kick. It’s delicious and full of natural flavor. I love using whole wheat spaghetti since it has plenty of fiber and grains to keep you feeling satisfied longer.

You can get fresh and affordable food at Aldi. I only paid 89 cents for a box of whole wheat pasta. How can you go wrong? BON A PETITE

1) 2-4 Avocados – cut them up and slice them into a bowl

2) Tomatoes – diced into fine pieces

3) 1 Garlic clove – sliced up

4) Lemon Juice – squeeze a small amount over the dish

5) Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon

6) Cayenne Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon

7) Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
